While daily fresh lychee juice might not be available in all parts of the world, there are several well functional substitutes to the real deal. Make sure to keep this recipe in your passport for when you're headed to a tropical destination. Untill you do, perfect this recipe:
DRINK INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Malibu®
1 part Strawberry Liqueur
3 parts Pineapple Juice
2 parts Lychee Juice
HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:
Fill a shaker with cubed ice, add 2 parts Malibu®, 1 part strawberry liqueur, 3 parts pineapple juice and 2 parts lychee juice. Shake hard and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, garnish with a strawberry slice.
