Coconut Cargo Recipe
INDULGE, AND ENHANCE THE CREAMY COCONUT FLAVOUR OF MALIBU RUM WITH A SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM.
DRINK INGREDIENTS:
1 part (50 ml) MALIBU
1 part (50 ml) vanilla ice cream
Cacao powder
HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:
Shake without ice until fully emulsified and then strain into a chilled shot glass. Dust with cacao.
