This Friday's mix is a small tangy sensation, where Malibu is the dominant ingredient.
Named after the Bajan village (and dance), the Malibu® Bajan Congaline mixes cranberry and lime, in brisk contrast to the smooth flavour of rum.
Ingredients:
5 parts Malibu®
3 parts Cranberry
1 part Lime Juice
Like with most shot servings, this recipe is mixed in a shaker. Fill up with cubed ice (adding cooling, rather than water). Add 5 parts Malibu® Coconut Rum, 3 parts Cranberry Juice and 1 part Lime Juice. Shake, and using a fine strainer, pour into a shot glass.
