With its crisp citrus notes of orange and grapefruit, off-setting the rich coconut of the Malibu®, the Sherbet drink makes a great companion to a vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake dessert.
DRINK INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Malibu®
1 part Orange Curacao
1-1/2 parts Grapefruit Juice
HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:
Fill a shaker with cubed ice. Add Malibu® coconut rum, Orange Curacao and grapefruit juice. Shake and fine-strain into shot glasses.
