A LIGHT SUMMER COCKTAIL; ORIGINAL MALIBU COCONUT RUM BLENDED WITH CLOUDY APPLE JUICE AND FINISHED WITH FRESH RASPBERRIES.
1 part (50 ml) MALIBU RUM
2 parts (100 ml) cloudy apple juice
Green apple wedges
HOW TO MIX THE DRINK:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add MALIBU, cloudy apple juice and raspberries. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with green apple wedges and raspberries.
