Halloween with Malibu

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Malibu Black
  • 1 part mango purée
  • 0.5 part lime
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (unsweetened, like in an Irish Coffee)
  • Orange sugar crystals
Glass: Martini

Method

Shake everything except sugar and whipped cream. Strain into a martini glass, layer whipped cream on top such that it looks like candy corn. Garnish with orange sugar rim.

Tropical Holidays

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Malibu Original
  • 1 part pineapple
  • 0.5 part passion fruit purée
  • 1 part coconut milk
  • 0.25 part peppermint schnapps
Glass: Hurricane

Method

Shake, strain over crushed ice. Garnish with candy cane and umbrella.

Snowy Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Malibu Original
  • 2.5 parts hot chocolate
  • 0.5 parts condensed milk
Glass: Heat resistant glass mug

Method

Heat chocolate, stir in liquor. Froth with an immersion blender. Pour condensed milk in the bottom of the glass, top up with frothy drink. Garnish with powdered cocoa.

Bubbly Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 1 parts Malibu Original
  • 0.5 part pineapple syrip
  • Pineapple juice to sugar
  • 0.5 part coconut milk
  • Prosecco or Cava
Glass: Flute

Method

Shake everything except prosecco with ice. Pour 1oz prosecco into shaker and stir to incorporate, strain into flute. Garnish with mini pineapple wedge.

NYE Party Punch

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Malibu Original
  • 2 parts cranberry
  • 1 part pomegranate
  • 0.5 part lemon
  • 2 parts ginger beer
Glass: Punch bowl or stemless wine

Method

Combine ingredients. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
